  • Love it. Hadn't been here for years and can't say why. Had the shepherd's pie for the first time. I love it. I will be ordering it again! But next time, I will have the fish and chips cause it looks great ( my sun was having it across the table). I also want to try some of the beers on tap. Games are the big screen in the dining area, friendly staff. What more can you ask for a local fav

  • Went here for an alternative Thanksgiving day meal. Didn't know the menu would be limited. However; they did serve an excellent housemade lamb stew in a bread bowl. Delicious and filling. Plus the dining room fireplace was lit so it felt wonderful on the rainy night.

  • As if I am not having enough fun dealing with my shoulder rehabilitation, it turns out I have a gigantic hole in one of my molars. I am now on antibiotics until I can see the specialist, of course. I needed to go to Olympia to pick up the script to keep infection at bay until I see the dentist. We had eaten at O’Blarney’s before but it had been quite some time. We decided to stop there for dinner. The restaurant was empty so we had our choice of tables. Our server came right over with menus. I ordered water and strawberry lemonade. Ray ordered water and coffee. After going through the menu several times I settled on the fish and chips. Ray ordered the shepherd’s pie. Our meals came up quickly. My fish was nice and hot. The fries weren’t just warm. They were cold. Of course, our server was busy, so it was a few minutes before she checked back with us. She immediately went to fetch more fries and was very apologetic about them being cold. I ended up only eating my fish. The fries came home to share with my Amazon parrot. Ray ate about half of his dinner and brought the rest home. He ordered a piece of carrot cake for dessert. Carrot cake is one of his favorite desserts. I took a bite but was not impressed. Overall I thought dinner was OK but nothing stellar and not as I remember from past meals. I was also coming down with a cold and my mouth isn’t happy with the inflamed tooth. The fries were still cold regardless of how I was feeling. This restaurant does have good food and pleasant staff members. Everyone can have a bad day.

  • Stumbled upon this place in the Lacey / Olympia area in the wee hours of the night. It was an ideal Pub atmosphere for which I appreciate exponentially. The barkeep service was excellent, I was served by the lovely Ms. Ashley. The food was delicious and the local beers were great also. I had x3 of there signature beers E9, Boneyard, and the Irish Death. Nevertheless, you don’t go to a Pub without getting Sheps Pie. I had some wings also All in all, it reminds me of O‘ Connor’s, Mikes in the Fort Campbell, Clarksville TN area and O‘Sheas in Nürnberg, DE. I will definitely continue to enjoy the splendors of this place in the future.

  • Lots of Irish menu choices! Tough to choose what to pick! We had the steak which was tender, made to order, and served with an Irish brown whiskey sauce. The meal came with delicious sauteed vegetables, onion rings, very dense and tasty Irish soda bread, and a very good salad for a nominal upcharge. Prices were comparable to other places. Service was outstanding, friendly, and attentive. There are a lot of other menu choices, and they're open late, so we'll be back.

  • Got the Ruben rolls and also their chicken poblano soup with the soda bread. Both were very good and tasty. Service was great and even though he came by and checked on me he didn't necessarily talk to me which I was okay with cuz I was reading my book while eating my dinner. If I'm ever back this way I will definitely be back.

  • Always a fun place. Great for catching the game or catching up with friends. Visited on Friday afternoon and it wasn't too busy. The bartender made an "off the menu" drink for me and it was perfect! I had the rueben rolls and my friend had the chicken strips and fries. Great food and great service!! It's always busier in the evenings and sometimes harder to find a table. They do have a dining area that's quieter, so if your just there for food, drinks and friends then that's a nice option, but there aren't tvs in there to watch the games. The bar area has pool tables dart boards, several tvs, a jukebox and pull tabs. Always a fun atmosphere with great service.
